Metropolitan Sewer District-Capital Improvement Program

The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District will retain the services of a Program Manager to assist in the implementation of a program to address $3.5 billion of identified needs thhrough a Captial Improvement and Replacement Program (CIRP). The Program Manger will assist the staff in the administration of the program by serving as an indepentant unit working in cooperation with the district staff and other district resources to provide consistent program quality and service.

KWAME Scope:
As part of the joint venture KWAME is responsible for completing the schedule for the planning and five year master plan schedules as well as input into developing the ranking and packaging criteria for the CIRP projects. Other responsibilities include conseptual estimating, monthly progress reporting, and developing and implementing a budget/cost control system with a detailed cash flow analysis capabilities. KWAME will also support the technical wastewater project planning for each of the five major watersheds which will involve project reviews and definitions, GIS & Hydraulic modeling enhancements, as well as utilizing detailed decicion making tools.
