The Better Jacksonville Plan is a $2.2 billion inclusive growth
management strategy that provides road and infrastructure improvements,
environmental preservation and targeted economic development, and
new and improved public facilities to the Jacksonville area.

As a subconsultant to HDR/RS&H, KWAME’s role will be to
perform construction management services for road and infrastructure
projects that are located north and west of the St. Johns River.
This team will consist of one project manager, one construction
observer, one construction engineer, and two adminstrative supports.
It will be there job to make sure the project is performed within
the specifications of the project.
