St. Louis City Justice Center
St. Louis, Missouri

This jail project consists of site selection, programming, design and construction of a new City Justice Center. The facility is 260,000 square feet consisting of six levels, one below grade of approximately 10,000 square feet, and five levels above grade of approximately 50,000 square feet for each level. In addition, a bridge will connect the new City Justice Center with the existing Federal Court House to the north.

KWAME Scope:
KWAME is part of a joint venture team to manage the design and construction phases of the project. KWAME’s scope includes mechanical field inspection, document controls, cost controls, project management, contract administration, quality control and productivity analysis.
