St. Louis Jail Demolition
This project consisted of asbestos abatement, lead abatement, and demolition of a 45 story, 90,000 square foot facility.


St. Louis City Justice Center
This jail project consists of site selection, programming, design and construction of a new City Justice Center. The facility is 260,000 square feet consisting of six levels, one below grade of approximately 10,000 square feet, and five levels above grade of approximately 50,000 square feet for each level.


Thomas F. Eagleton United States Federal Courthouse
 This new federal courthouse is positioned on 5.5 acres and will anchor an undeveloped area southwest of downtown St. Louis, near City Hall. The 29-story precast-concrete-clad building, which has a stainless steel dome, will house a total of 25 courtrooms and includes chambers for more than 50 judges.
