The overall project includes a vertical and horizontal expansion and construction of approximately 77,000 square feet of new construction and an 82,600 square foot renovation. KWAME Scope:
As a project engineer subconsultant, KWAME provides all supervision, facilities, and travel necessary and incidental to complete the project engineer work as requested by the program manager, Sverdrup Facilities, Inc.. KWAME is coordinating the architectural items with the subcontractors and the owner as well as participating in supplemental instruction changes and proposal request changes. In addition, KWAME is sending out and requesting information on submittal packages and shop drawings.
