BJC Campus Integration Phase I

The program consists of the site preparation, demolition, infrastructure development, and construction of the following facilities: Barnes Jewish North and Barnes Jewish South. Barnes North includes an ambulatory care center (211,000 sq. ft.), Cancer Center (67,000 sq. ft.), Diagnostic Treatment space (240,000 sq. ft.), parking garage (1000 cars), and connecting bridges and tunnels. Barnes South includes an Emergency Lab (235,000 sq. ft.), parking structure (750 cars), MetroLink Station, and surgery renovations (4,200 sq. ft.) North Campus South Campus

KWAME Scope:
KWAME’s construction management services currently encompass the pre-construction and construction stages on this multi-phased project. KWAME’s scope includes: working with the owner and architect throughout the design phase; general management and coordination; on-site management; coordination of testing; control of inspections and shop drawing submissions. In addition, the scope includes review of progress payment and change order requests; scheduling administrations; provision and supervision of general condition items; and close-out of the project.
