Mc Donnell Pediatrics Research Building
This project is a new 10-story, 226,000 square foot Pediatrics Research Building which will consolidate work performed at five separate laboratory buildings on the Washington University Medical School Campus.

McKinley School Renovation
In September 1994, KWAME completed the $3.3 million McKinley School renovation program. KWAME’s careful scheduling, in augmenting the owners’ staff, enabled the school to open in September.

Orange County Public Schools
This three year capital improvement program will address facility deficiencies on existing campuses to accommodate enrollment growth.

St. Louis Community College-Meramec
This is an additions and renovations project for the Humanities East Building at St. Louis Community College-Meramec. Canopy areas, walkways, reworking existing stairs, acoustics, flooring, and pipe tunnel relocation are part of the additions and renovations to the existing building.

St. Louis Public Schools Capital Improvement Program
KWAME is part of a joint venture team to construct a new Vashon High School and renovate five existing schools. KWAME is providing services throughout the planning, design, and construction process to assure the best value is achieved on time and within budget.
