This project will consist of a new library approximatly 70,000 GSF located immediately north of the university center. The construction will also include a public plaza, which will link the two quadrangles on either side of edgar to a cohesive camp’s.

KWAME Scope:
KWAME developed a total construction budget to reduce the construction cost without changing the design program scope. In addition, KWAME is providing construction management services including demolition; asbestos abatement; and construction monitoring; estimating; scheduling and design review.

$11.2 million total construction cost
