This three year capital improvement program will address facility deficiencies on existing campuses to accommodate enrollment growth. The immediate needs portion of this renovations and additions project consist of building envelope and lifesafety issues. The 141 schools are divided into three fairly equal phases based on priority of need.

KWAME Scope:
KWAME, as a subconsultant to 3D/I, is providing project mangement which addresses sitework, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and structural repairs as well as interior renovations and building additions. Handling design reviews, the bidding process, on-site management, and making recommendations for awarding of construction contracts are part of KWAME’s responsibilities.
