After conducting a boundary and topographic survey of the property, KWAME will act as the project/construction manager for the new 10,000 square feet community center with office space and a 75 car parking area. The community center will be a recreation and after school education center for youth.

KWAME is serving as the contracting agent to solicit, recommend, and authorize pre-construction surveys, site plans, and other required construction reports as needed. Included in the KWAME scope is the design program, schedule for design and cost analysis, drafting necessary contracts, monitoring of the construction phase and provide construction scheduling.
