This project consists of a 460 space parking structure which required
demolition of six apartment buildings. A portion of the ground floor
(approx-imately 25,000 square feet) will be constructed as shell
space for development by the St. Louis Public Library as a regional
branch facility. Approximately 5,000 square feet of ground floor
area will be constructed as open space for future retail tenants
to develop.

KWAME Scope:
KWAME developed a total construction budget to reduce the construction
cost without changing the design program scope. In addition, KWAME
is providing construction management services including demolition;
asbestos abatement; and construction monitoring; estimating; scheduling
and design review.
