Argyle Public Library & Parking Structure
This project consists of a 460 space parking structure which required demolition of six apartment buildings. A portion of the ground floor (approximately 25,000 square feet) will be constructed as shell space for development by the St. Louis Public Library as a regional branch facility.

Clark Atlanta University Dormitory
This project was to construct a dormitory housing facility of 142,500 square feet. The design/build consisted of bedroom suites with kitchenette, common living area, and bathroom.

Gateway Classic Sports Foundation
After conducting a boundary and topographic survey of the property, KWAME will act as the project/construction manager for the new 10,000 square feet community center with office space and a 75 car parking area.

Harris-Stowe State College
Physical Education and Performing Arts Building
As part of a joint venture, KWAME is providing construction management and site superintendent services for the construction of the Physical Education and Visual/Performing Arts Building on the campus of Harris-Stowe State College.

Library Design/Build Renovation Project
KWAME was hired as project manager to serve as the agent to the St. Louis Public Library. This renovation was a conversion project from a bank building to a library.
