This redevelopment project includes a 34-story tower – 1,083
room Convention Headquarters Hotel complex along with a parking
structure to adequately serve the parking needs of the Hotel and
the surrounding area. This project, located across from the Convention
Center, involves renovation of two vacant hotel structures and construction
of a new 30-story hotel. The program includes ballrooms, meeting
space, and up to 1,000 parking spaces.
