Orlando International Airport

KWAME is part of a joint venture team to provide general consulting services for the Orlando Airport Expansion. Planned additions to the airport include a new South Terminal, a fourth runway, new roadways as well as other capital improvements. The team, as an extension of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, will concentrate on program management as directed by the owners.

KWAME Scope:
As part of the support services consultant team for this project, KWAME is providing program and design management, project control, contract administration, and construction coordination. KWAME’s support services encompass budget/financial planning, schedule control, program administration, developing a design schedule, design review and coordination, contructability and cost reviews of design alternatives. In addition, KWAME provides quality assurance, safety program, inspections, and testing.
