KWAME acted as a planning consultant to develop a Master Plan Supplement
for Lambert Airport. This Master Plan Supplement included the refinement
of the representative alternatives, the preparation of cost estimates,
and the evaluation of construction factors. In addition, this study
included the evaluation of airspace obstructions and jurisdictional
factors.

KWAME Scope:
KWAME provided a strategic guide for Lambert Airport’s future
development. Changes needing to be made include lengthening the
runway, revisions to airfield elevations to balance earthwork requirements,
adding storm water detention areas, realigning roadways, and revising
land/use facilities.
